Amfeed-E

Economic feeder without clamps.
The Amfeed-E is a simple feeder for manual feeding in the ironer. The Amfeed-E can be integrated in the Image ironer, or working as a standalone model for various other ironer brands. The laundry had to lay-down by hand on the conveyor belts of the machine. Under these belts there is vacuum to hold the piece on to the belts and there is a vacuum-box to Stretch the pieces.
 

Amfeed-S

Economic feeder without clamps.
The Amfeed-S is a simple feeder for hotel, restaurant and other laundry. The laundry had to lay-down by hand on the conveyor belts of the machine. Amflex-E

The Amflex-E is a feeder for sheets, it is an economic 2, 3 or 4 station feeder.
The Amflex-E can operate with all kind and brands of ironers.
 
There are 6 different types of Amflex E:

Amflex-P

The Amflex-P is a quality feeder for sheets, draw sheets, duvets and other flat laundry, it is a standard 2,3 or 4 station feeder.
The Amflex-P can operate with all kind and brands of ironers.
 
The machine has 2 different working modes:
1          Clamp feeding.
In this mode the sheet is clipped in height adjustable clamps, Given over to the spreading clamps, spread by clamps, laid down on the beam, which lays the sheet on the feeding bed.
2          Feeding direct onto the ironer.
In this mode thenose of the feeder is retracted and this has given space tolay directly onto the feeding bed of the ironer. Or for waxing the ironer.

High stretching quality by double sided air stream
The suction box has an inlet at the front and a switching opening at the back side
Back side close when sheet is moving into the vacuum box.

The feeding clips are ergonomically better positioned for feeding than vertical clipping.

Amclip

The Amclip is a clipping station for an Amtrans system.
One Amclip per clipping operator is needed.
 
Working of system
One corner is clipped in a clip and the operator is pushing on 1 of the start buttons.
For each button there can be programmed a distance that the first clip is moving upwards.
The operator lets the sheet glide through his hand, which make it easier to find the other corner. As soon as the operator finds the second corner, he/she clips the second corner and pushes the button again. The selection was already made on the first clip, so he/she can use any of the buttons. The sheet is transported upwards in the rail system and the operator is ready for the next sheet.

Amtrans

Amtrans Railsystems:
Sorting of washed laundry at the clipping position.
Sorting of sheets, duvets, draw sheets possible without extra handling

Clipping speed is average of all clipping persons (independence of slowest person)

Robofeed

The Robofeed is an edge feeding station for an Amtrans system.
 

Amrail

There are 2 different sorting systems:
A= No sorting (the sorting must be done before clipping of the sheets. (Manually)
Each clipping station has a buffer stock and at the Amtrans all buffer stocks are coming together. The height of the clipping station can be chosen and this height defines the maximum length of the buffer stock. There is no need for an extra raising rail for leading up the clips. This system is the simplest system.
C= Full sorting system.
Each clipping station has a very short buffer stock from where the clips are transported in a driven rail. (This rail can also be a raising rail to lead up the clips; if necessary) From this driven rail the clips are sorted into buffer rails (stocks). The sorting information is put in at the clipping station and this information is used to sort the clip at the sorting point. (End of the driven rail) The buffer stocks are put together near the Amtrans. 
To solve the problem of mixing of different kinds of linen of different customers at the folder, there can be delivered a so called “chip system”. (See for description to option 830A) 
The control of the rail system is combined with the control of the Amtrans.
With a sorting system C (full sorting system) there is delivered an extra control cabinet.
 
Capacity:
The capacity of the rail system is about 2400 sheets per hour so the Amtrans and the number of clipping stations (Amclip/Robofeed) are limiting the system.
Attention: The height of the rail system must be high enough to prevent sheets dragging over the floor or other obstacles under the rail system.
 
The calculation for the minimum height is:
L= maximum sheet length in cm; W= maximum sheet width in cm. The sheet is clipped with the width between the clips.
The minimum height = (10 + √ ((W/2)² + L²)) cm
